ISRO NAVIGATION SYSTEM SATELLITE FOR G.P.S





















The Indian space research Organization (ISRO) Successfully launched the IRNSS-1A satellite into the space from satish dhawan space centre in Sriharikota, Andhra pradesh.The India's polar satellite vehicle PSLV-C22 was launched at 11:41 pm on July1. actually the satellite launch scheduled for June12, but it postponed by electro hydraulic actuator problem in the second stage of rocket.
The total weight is 1,425 kilograms and The satellite orbit with apogee is 20,600 km, perigee is 280km with an inclination of 18 degrees with respect to equator.The IRNSS-1A is one type of the Remote sensing and Communications satellite.It is used for Navigational Global Positioning Systems, It covers about 1500km surround in India.
The Navigational satellite determines the longitude and latitude of the Objects with perfect accuracy.And   the IRNSS satellites provide two major services, One is Standard Positioning Service using signal in the L5-band and second is Encrypted Service in S-band.
